It is so hard to break the habit of lying down immediately after eating.

I'm the type of person who gets lazy about everything when I'm full.

I really don't want to lift a finger, and it feels hard.

As a result, as soon as I put down my spoon, I rush to lie down, and it is so hard to fix this.

I can't figure out a plan; should I just eat and run outside immediately?

    밥먹고 바로 눕는거 안좋지만 잘 안되시나봐요
    저희 신랑도 밥 먹고 잘 때 많은데 살도 안찌더라구요
    살이 찐다면 문제가 되지만 특별히 문제가 없다면 괜찮지 않을까요
