Is it possible to diet without being affected by blood sugar?

Managing blood sugar is my biggest concern while dieting. When my blood sugar fluctuates rapidly after meals, it leads to drowsiness and fatigue, making it difficult to stick to my diet. That is why I am wondering if there is a way to lose weight without being significantly affected by blood sugar levels. I have heard that low-carbohydrate or protein-focused diets can reduce blood sugar volatility, but the downside is that it is not easy to maintain long-term. Also, since regular exercise and sufficient hydration are said to help stabilize blood sugar, I think I should incorporate them as well. If anyone has successfully dieted without worrying about blood sugar spikes, it would be a great help if you could share your experiences regarding which diet or lifestyle habits were effective.
