Many factors get in the way when dieting, but
Period is incredibly difficult. Even though I do it every month.
I get more sensitive every time because of my period.
It feels like it's getting harder to exercise because of the hot weather.
I rested yesterday and am going to exercise again today before going to work.
My body feels incredibly heavy.
How do you all cope with your period?
Would buying and eating a chocolate on the way give me some energy?
