Let's set health goals for this week (June 26 to July 2).
1. Fall asleep before 11 o'clock
I previously set a goal to sleep before 12 o'clock, and except for days with special circumstances, I have been achieving that goal.
I plan to revise my goal to fall asleep before 11 o'clock and try to implement it.
Not eating ramen for a week
I had been avoiding spicy foods for a while, but once I started eating them again, I seem to be eating them very often.
I'm planning to try quitting ramen for a week.
3. Drink a glass of water on an empty stomach and take probiotics.
It's a habit I've been practicing for over a month, and although mornings will likely become busier, I won't forget this good habit.
I set it as a goal because I want to continue.
Good luck with your health goals this week!

- 01CommentsI can totally relate to that concern. I found that I get exhausted quickly if I try to drastically control my diet right from the start. So, I found it much easier to stick to a routine starting with light exercises like walking or running, and then gradually switching to a cleaner, less stimulating diet. Let's cheer each other on!1383326.11.05
- 02CommentsThe hardest part about maintaining a diet is getting tired of it, right? ㅠ I think it's good to plan a variety of meals so you don't get bored.3083026.11.04
- 03CommentsSince it is difficult to accurately assess changes like water content based on weight alone, I recommend using an app like an InBody app to compare your body fat percentage and muscle mass as well. Taking a long-term view and monitoring both your visual progress and numerical changes will also help you set your future diet and exercise direction.591026.11.06
- 01CommentsMeal times and regular patterns are just as important as the amount of food you eat when it comes to dieting. If you skip meals and eat late at night, your blood sugar spikes rapidly, making it easy for the food to be stored as body fat. Try to eat at set times whenever possible and gradually build the habit of reducing late-night snacking. If you slowly make improvements to fit your lifestyle, you will be able to succeed in losing weight!!!8304026.10.28
- 02CommentsSince the response to melasma varies depending on its depth and skin condition, it is difficult to say exactly how many sessions will be needed for improvement. If it is in the early stages, it is best to start treatment early, but I have heard that it is difficult to guarantee that it will completely disappear even after multiple Pico Toning sessions. Rather than deciding on the number of treatments right away, I recommend having a dermatologist confirm whether it is indeed melasma first, and consistently using sunscreen. I think it is better to proceed while monitoring your skin condition rather than undergoing treatments excessively.5094226.10.25
- 03CommentsI've heard that with Shurink, you might notice changes due to collagen regeneration over time rather than immediately after the procedure. Since individual differences exist, it would be good to monitor the progress after treatment and pay attention to sun protection and moisturizing.4222126.10.29
- 01CommentsStarting a diet while overweight can be quite a source of worry and anxiety. The higher your weight, the more significant the initial weight loss may be during drug treatment. However, caution is advised, as physical reactions and side effects can vary from person to person. I hope you consult thoroughly with a specialist and combine this with healthy lifestyle habits.1,4405126.10.15
- 02CommentsWow, your jawline looks amazing after being refined! I assume you used numbing cream during the procedure, so I'm curious if the pain was bearable. I'm also worried about the loss of elasticity in my lower face, so thank you for sharing this information!1,0696226.10.01
