The reason I decided to get the procedure I'm the kind of person who can't live without drinking an Americano every day... so at some point, my teeth started looking a bit dull whenever I looked in the mirror. It really bothered me that only my teeth looked slightly yellow, especially when I took selfies or looked at photos taken by others. It made me self-conscious when I smiled, and I was so envious of people with white teeth, so after much planning, I finally got 3 sessions of One-Day Teeth Whitening this time!

3. Procedure and pain (degree of tooth sensitivity?) The procedure started with a scaling to clean the teeth, followed by the application of a gum protectant, then the whitening agent, and finally the laser treatment! I was really nervous because I had heard so many times that teeth become extremely sensitive after whitening, but aside from a slight stinging sensation here and there, it was actually more bearable than I expected! The whole process took about an hour in total.

4. Procedure Results and Satisfaction ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I looked in the mirror right after the procedure and got goosebumps... I could see how much brighter it had become immediately lol. The technician showed me the before and after using a shade guard and said it got a whopping 3 shades brighter! I love how radiant my face looks when I smile, and with results like this, it was totally worth every penny. I'm completely satisfied!! I should have gotten this sooner; I wonder why I waited so long. It's the procedure I'm most satisfied with among everything I've had recently! ✨

Post-procedure care & One-line review They told me to absolutely avoid stain-causing foods like coffee, curry, and black tea for 48 hours after whitening, so lately I've been eating only non-staining foods lol.
