Causes of plantar fasciitis and relieving postures
Cause
① Climbing stairs, hiking, jogging, aerobics

③ Uncomfortable shoes
For women, high heels
Trauma caused by jumping or falling from a high place
6. In case of suddenly doing a lot of exercise
7. Diabetes, Arthritis
Treatment
Over 90% of patients recover with conservative treatment, and surgical intervention is rarely needed. The plantar fascia contracts overnight and causes pain when it is suddenly stretched in the morning. Using a plantar fasciitis brace can help maintain the plantar fascia in a stretched state overnight, alleviating symptoms. Symptoms tend to improve after about a week of wearing the brace. Consistent use for 2 to 3 months is necessary for complete recovery.
During the acute phase of severe pain, combining plantar fascia taping therapy with a silicone heel cup is effective. Consistently stretching the plantar fascia and Achilles tendon, along with physical therapies such as massage and contrast baths, enhances the results.
Choosing the appropriate footwear is also quite important. Avoid shoes that are too tight. Shoes with very low heels or hard soles can worsen the symptoms of plantar fasciitis. Wear shoes with a slightly higher heel and a soft sole that fit comfortably. Depending on whether your foot is a high arch or flatfoot, additional foot orthotics may be prescribed.
Steroid injection therapy should only be used for patients who are not responding well to treatment. Care must be taken to inject in a way that does not cause atrophy of the fat layer in the heel. Repeated injections may also damage the fascia.
If severe pain persists for more than six months and causes disability, surgical treatment should be considered. In addition to these treatments, it is important to improve lifestyle habits such as losing weight and avoiding standing for long periods. Athletes can benefit from changing their training methods by reducing running distance, cycling, or swimming in the pool.

I also overexert myself during exercise or walk improperly.
Plantar fasciitis caused by standing in this position for a long time
I've come several times, so this hurts a lot.
Please stretch and loosen the Achilles tendon at the back.
