Rest for pain relief vs exercise to prevent muscle loss
Chronic pain and inflammatory diseases have worsened for nearly three years.
I am reducing my activities significantly to receive treatment.
Last year and this year, there were also situations where I had to be careful for several months due to fractures.
Pain occurs after walking for about 10 to 20 minutes.
After walking a little more... I reach a point where I feel I can't go any further.
My hip joint isn't good either, so I can't sit for long; I have to stand or lie down after about 20 or 30 minutes.
Because my legs and hips are not in good condition
Standing or sitting... it's not easy to do any kind of exercise.
But as I keep living like this...
You have lost too much muscle.
Anyway, it is true that there is pain to endure and live through.
I'm starting to feel even skeptical about whether the treatment is really helpful or just maintaining the current state.
If it were you...
Whether to rest while maintaining hope and dedicating oneself to pain treatment, or not.
To what extent should we endure pain during exercise to prevent muscle loss?
What would you like to choose?
There is no good son in a long illness...
Even the people around are getting tired or becoming indifferent.
The psychological pressure is also increasing.
Always ask for help or seek consideration.
Someone has to do my part for me..
No one can take my pain for me, and
I know very well that I cannot take responsibility for anything..
I'm posting this because I feel frustrated^^
