Please recommend some foods that make hair thicker.

I am concerned because my hair seems to have noticeably lost its strength and become thinner lately. I’ve heard that protein and black beans are good, but have you actually seen results from any specific foods? I want to manage my diet to make my hair thick again. Please give me some recommendations!
