My hair has been falling out noticeably lately. Could this be the start of hair loss?

I am worried because the amount of hair falling out has increased significantly lately when washing or drying it. I feel like the hair around my bangs is getting thinner, in particular. How do you all start your early management? Aside from taking medication, please share any advice on lifestyle habits or care methods that have been practically helpful.
