I'm curious about traditional Korean medicine diet.

I have never visited a Korean medicine clinic and I don't know anything about traditional Korean medicine.
I've been exercising lately, but I'm worried because I haven't lost weight as much as I expected.
I'm considering taking traditional Korean medicine for weight loss.
Of course, it may vary depending on the constitution, but I was wondering if it would suit me well.
It's too expensive, so I can't even consider visiting a Korean medicine clinic, and I keep just searching online.
