You don't get Saxenda at all these days?

It seems like everyone is looking for and getting hit by Wigobi and Maunzaro a lot.

Is Saxenda outdated and not suitable for many people? I'm interested because it seems like it would be a bit cheaper.

The side effects seem a bit severe, but has anyone gotten it recently?
