My perspective on dieting has completely changed because of Wigobi.

In the past, I thought that the answer to dieting was unconditionally eating less and moving more.

So, when I saw people who couldn't lose weight, I wondered if they lacked willpower, and I, too, tended to blame myself whenever I gained weight.

However, my thoughts have changed a little recently as I have come across a lot of stories related to Wigobi.

One of my colleagues started using Wegobi, and at first, I was skeptical too.

But honestly, I was surprised to see how noticeably his body shape had changed in just a few months.

What was even more surprising was that they said their attitude toward food had changed, rather than just the weight loss itself.

She said that in the past, she would constantly crave snacks even after lunch and frequently ate late-night meals after work, but after starting Wegobi, she didn't feel hungry, so the amount she ate naturally decreased.

After hearing that, I wondered if I had been thinking about dieting too simply all this time.

Actually, controlling my appetite is harder for me than losing weight.

I can somehow manage to exercise, but resisting the urge to eat is really hard.

Especially when I'm stressed or in a bad mood, I keep eating even when I'm full.

There have been many times when I told myself I would only eat one bag of snacks but ended up eating two or three, and I have regretted eating late-night snacks countless times. So, when I heard that Wegobi is not just an injection for weight loss but plays a role in controlling one's appetite, I couldn't help but become interested.

However, there were also many things I was worried about.

Looking at online reviews, there are really many people who saw results, but I've also seen some who struggled with nausea, indigestion, or constipation.

Also, the cost seems quite high, and I'm not sure which hospital I should start at.

And what I'm most curious about is maintenance.

I became curious about what happens after stopping, even if I lose weight while using Wigobi.

I’d like to hear from those who have experienced this: does it change your lifestyle habits as well, or does it just return to your original appetite?

Actually, I haven't decided yet whether or not to start. However, my perspective has changed a lot from thinking it was solely a matter of willpower, as I used to.

I thought that everyone might have different ways of feeling appetite or fullness.

If anyone has used Wegobi, could you please let me know what you were most satisfied with and what you found most difficult?

Also, if there is anything I absolutely need to know before starting, please share your advice with me.
