[Arm Fat Dissolving Injection Review] I deliberately waited a week to compare and write this review.
When you look at the effects of facial fat dissolving injections, your eyes are drawn to other areas as well.
I was preparing for marriage, so I had a lot to worry about, and I was especially concerned about the fat on my arms.
There are about 6 months left until my wedding, but I didn't want to start a diet and was just holding out until I found out about this procedure. So, rather than writing a review right away, I deliberately delayed posting it so that I could compare results after about a week.
Rather than feeling the effects right after receiving it, I felt more like I was waiting in doubt, wondering, “Is this really effective?”
So I compared the photos taken at the hospital during the procedure with the photos taken today at the same angle, and I could see that the lower line had been straightened.
Actually, I never thought my arms were thick to begin with, but as I got older, I felt like they were sagging more and more rather than losing weight, and I was worried that it would be awkward to go to a wedding hall in this condition.
I work out intermittently, and I'm not the type to diet strictly, so I felt like there was a limit to how much I could lose from just working out on my arms.
The first thing I did when I went to the hospital was to take an InBody test. Since it had been a while since I had taken one, the results were quite shocking and from then on I thought, “I really need to take care of myself.”
During the consultation, they asked me in detail about my usual diet, work patterns, and sleep patterns, and I felt like they placed particular importance on my drinking frequency, water intake, and sleep.
When I told them that I hardly drink water and that I drink coffee like water, they nagged me quite a bit about that…
So I completely stopped drinking coffee for a week after the procedure.
Immediately after the fat dissolving injection, it didn't feel as painless as I thought.
I've had tattoo removal, fillers, double eyelid surgery, and even SMILE laser surgery, so I thought the injection would be okay, but honestly, it did hurt.
I was told that the needle was large because a lot of the solution was injected into my arm, and after getting the shot, my arm felt like it was going to burst for about a day.
It feels like my arm is a little full of solution…
Looking at the photo from a day later, it was surprising to see that the solution was still left on the lower arm, so it was convex and that part looked white.
Aajusa said that I needed to drink a lot of water to expel the solution, so I was recommended to drink about 3 liters a day, and I filled up my Stanley 887ml tumbler and refilled it 3 times.
I went to the bathroom really often.
I was also told to avoid exercising on the day and the next day, so I rested. Four days later, on Monday, I went to the gym and did some strength training, focusing on back exercises and kettlebells.
It's not like my body will change with just one workout, but I felt like it had a tangible effect because I was moving around while in the solution.
I kept drinking water for a few days and thought, “Is this really changing?” Today is exactly a week since it’s been a week, so I took a picture from the same angle and compared them. Based on the location of the dots on the forearm I can see that the sagging skin line has been straightened out.
In the photo with the arms outstretched to the side, there was less of a feeling of downward sagging.
However, it feels too early to judge based on just one time, and it seems necessary to observe a little more as several factors such as water intake (3 liters per day), stopping coffee, and strength training in between may have worked together.

I find that just slightly adjusting the sauces or drinks makes it less burdensome. I think maintaining my usual eating habits, rather than restricting myself too much, is a good way to stick to it in the long run.596326.10.21
- 02CommentsThe following exercise routine is designed for weight loss after work to effectively burn body fat without increasing fatigue or interfering with restful sleep. After work and before dinner (on a lightly empty stomach), repeat the following sequence for 3 to 4 sets: 5 minutes of light walking → 3 minutes of brisk jogging → 2 minutes of slow walking, then finish with 5 minutes of stretching.1162126.10.25
- 03CommentsI usually made sure to have a protein shake or protein drink while working. Soy milk is good too. There’s a reason they say to eat a proper breakfast when thinking about dieting. It prevents binge eating and helps organize your overall eating habits. :)554226.10.20

- 02CommentsIf you have joint problems, rather than pushing yourself to walk or run, it would be good to start with exercises that place less strain on the joints, such as swimming or aqua aerobics. It is also fine to start with an indoor bicycle lightly within a pain-free range. Since diet management is also important for weight loss, avoid increasing the intensity of your workouts too much and try to find a way to exercise consistently. If the pain persists, it is advisable to identify the cause first.663026.10.17
- 03CommentsDuring a plateau, I think I would double-check my diet and exercise routine. Sometimes, weight loss goes well at first, but activity levels subtly decrease. It would be a good idea to weigh yourself weekly, and if there is no change for two or three weeks, try adjusting your snacks or workout routine little by little. I've found that making changes that you can maintain in the long run is more important than starving yourself!572026.10.20
- 01CommentsBelly fat is a really stubborn area that is difficult to lose, so it is a concern for many people. You can manage it more effectively by combining abdominal exercises with dietary control. Rather than trying to lose weight quickly, try consistently controlling your dinner diet and doing light cardio exercises. I hope you stay strong and look forward to seeing gradual changes!6594226.10.14
- 02CommentsI recommend consuming a small amount of 100% freeze-dried products made from natural ingredients without added seasonings, rather than commercially available seasoned products. Since seasonings contain high levels of sugar and sodium that can stimulate appetite, chewing slowly and in small portions of additive-free products will be very helpful in satisfying your craving for texture.1624126.10.10
- 03CommentsIt’s not easy for me to check every single ingredient list when choosing things, so I tend to buy the ones I eat often. If I had to check everything while selecting, grocery shopping would be a hassle.2834226.10.14
