It wasn't visible because of the dressing, but it felt a little swollen after I got it.
And as of the third day, I still can't really tell if there's any noticeable change, and since I heard that the effects usually start to show after a week, I'm waiting to see a little longer.
Since they said they would also look after my diet for a week, I naturally started to pay more attention to my diet.
This is only the first time, so I haven't felt any significant changes yet. We'll have to wait and see how things progress. Individual reactions may vary, so we'll need to wait and see for a bit longer.
