Will running cause skin sagging to happen faster?

I'm thinking of starting running these days to lose weight.

I'm worried because I've heard people around me say, "If you run a lot, you lose weight in your face and your skin sags more."Will running cause skin sagging to happen faster?

I understand that doing cardio helps you lose weight overall, but,

I am curious if skin elasticity really decreases along with it.

I'm confused about what's right because I've heard that it actually improves blood circulation and is good for the skin.

For those of you who run regularly, have you noticed any changes in your skin?

Please also share any maintenance methods or tips you have.

    피부는 타고나는게 기본이라서 러닝을 한다고 해서 탄력이 떨어지는 건 아니에요. 러닝할 때 자외선 차단제를 바르지 않거나 메이크업을 한 채로 운동하면 땀에 의해 피부 모공이 막혀서 탄력이 떨어지는 일은 있을 수 있어요.
