My mom bought some dureup (wild mountain asparagus), so I blanched it and dipped it in spicy soy sauce to eat. I've heard dureup is good, but I suddenly became curious about what exactly it's good for, so I looked it up.
Dureup is rich in protein and contains fats, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, phosphorus, calcium, iron, vitamins (B1, B2, C), and saponins. It is said to help lower blood sugar and blood lipids, making it beneficial for diabetes, kidney disease, and gastrointestinal issues.
I should also know what's good and eat it~^^
