My personal exercise tool---Stretching with a stick
Last year, I had pain comparable to frozen shoulder, so I received physical therapy.
I received it, and the teacher told me to stretch with a wooden stick.
They taught me.. You can buy it at the paint store.
The length is 155cm. Holding a stick in hand.
Raise your arms, pass the pole forward and backward a certain number of times.
It moves back and forth. Repeat 10 times: hold the stick diagonally, rotate 360 degrees to the right, then 360 degrees to the left.
Place the barbell on both shoulders, hold it with your hands, and perform 50 to 100 squats.
I'm entering.
Stand the pole upright and hold it with one hand to perform daily stretching.
Alternately swing each leg forward and backward by spreading both legs.
Stretch your legs apart like ballet.
The effectiveness of various stretches depends on how you do them.
Helps to relieve stiff muscles.
