Frozen shoulder pain

I endured right shoulder pain until I went to the pain clinic, where I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder and received a total of four injections. I'm still in my 40s, but I was shocked to be diagnosed with frozen shoulder. When the doctor bent my right arm, I experienced the most painful pain I've ever felt since birth. I still have pain now, so I frequently do stretching exercises.
