Does a blue light blocking filter effectively prevent vision deterioration?

I am currently 고민ing about LASIK.

My eyesight is already poor with a minus prescription, and due to the nature of my job, I have to sit in front of a computer for long periods, often working late into the night. I frequently work in dark environments while looking at bright monitors. I am increasingly aware of my worsening vision, which makes me more worried.

Would wearing glasses with a built-in blue light blocking filter have any effect if I wear them properly? I'm really 고민됩니다. Some say it's just pseudoscience and has no effect...
