(Concern) Effectiveness of Korean Medicine Hospital

Recently, my health has been quite poor.

I plan to receive acupuncture for weight loss at the oriental medicine hospital and also take prescribed medication.

Since it's my first time, I'm asking people around and also searching online.

Once you start, you should stick with it consistently for a few months, right?

I'm worried that trying various things will ultimately waste time and money.

효과보시는 분들도 꽤 있더라구요.
어느 약이나 치료든지 개인마다 편차가 있지만 꾸준히 하는 게 중요한 것 같아요.

주변 평판은 반반인것 같아요
효과 봤다는 사람, 돈만 버렸다는 사람
무엇보다도 자기 몸이랑 잘 맞아야 효과를 보는 것 같더라구요
몸의 체질이나 건강상태를 먼저 체크해보시고 한의사님과 상담후에 결정하시면 보다 효과적이지 않을까 싶습니다

전 한약 다이어트 잘 맞았었어요. 근데 결국 유지하려몀 무리한 감량보다는 그 기간에 습관을 얼마나 잘 붙이냐가 중요하더라구요.
