>>>Natural and Oriental Medicine Clinic
Hello haha
I've been on a diet for so long that I think this is the last time.
I was prescribed local medicine at the Natural Oriental Medicine Clinic.
But I'm planning to settle down here at Nature and Oriental Medicine Clinic.
I'm sorry for being suspicious at first.. Natural and Oriental Medicine Clinic doctors ㅠㅜㅠ
First of all, not only the director but also the staff are very kind and provide systematic treatment.
My goal now is to remove it safely and slowly, so I was worried about what would happen if there was overtreatment.
There was nothing like that, and it felt like you were talking to me in a way that really suited my constitution.
I'm currently in my mid to late 30s, and I've tried various diet methods, including herbal medicine diets and appetite suppressants...ㅠ
Every time I lost 5 kg, I gained 10 kg and it was really, really hard.
So I was almost at the point of giving up, but then I saw the Korean medicine diet event at Cashdoc Natural and Oriental Medicine Clinic.
I thought, "This is really the last one!!!" and took on the challenge.
The place I went to was the Gangnam branch of Nature and Oriental Medicine Clinic.
Since it was the last one, I wanted to choose something safe and without side effects, so I actually did a lot of research beforehand.
But the reviews on Naver and Cashdoc were really good, so I decided to visit the store thinking I was being fooled...!
I've been taking it for about three months now and I feel like I'm losing weight healthily!!
My biggest problem was that I had a huge appetite, but after taking the medicine, my appetite was suppressed and my feeling of fullness increased, so it was effective.
I think it's good.. haha

This is the medicine I take.
I lost weight after eating it for about a month and most of all, I felt so comfortable!!! So I switched to the packaged version.
I don't usually write in places like this, but I was so touched that I decided to leave a comment.
I think the event is still ongoing at Cashdoc, but I can attach a link if you want.
If you have any questions about medicine or events, please leave a comment.

- 02CommentsI found one-food diets hard to stick to because I got bored of them quickly. Try switching to a healthy and diverse diet. A balanced mix of carbohydrates, protein, and fat, with plenty of vegetables.281026.10.26

- 01CommentsWhen I eat out, rather than simply trying to eat less, I try to choose menu items that include protein and vegetables first. I find that just slightly adjusting the sauces or drinks makes it less burdensome. I think maintaining my usual eating habits, rather than restricting myself too much, is a good way to stick to it in the long run.636326.10.21
- 02CommentsIf you have joint problems, rather than pushing yourself to walk or run, it would be good to start with exercises that place less strain on the joints, such as swimming or aqua aerobics. It is also fine to start with an indoor bicycle lightly within a pain-free range. Since diet management is also important for weight loss, avoid increasing the intensity of your workouts too much and try to find a way to exercise consistently. If the pain persists, it is advisable to identify the cause first.743026.10.17
- 03CommentsDuring a plateau, I think I would double-check my diet and exercise routine. Sometimes, weight loss goes well at first, but activity levels subtly decrease. It would be a good idea to weigh yourself weekly, and if there is no change for two or three weeks, try adjusting your snacks or workout routine little by little. I've found that making changes that you can maintain in the long run is more important than starving yourself!712026.10.20
- 01CommentsBelly fat is a really stubborn area that is difficult to lose, so it is a concern for many people. You can manage it more effectively by combining abdominal exercises with dietary control. Rather than trying to lose weight quickly, try consistently controlling your dinner diet and doing light cardio exercises. I hope you stay strong and look forward to seeing gradual changes!6614226.10.14
- 02CommentsI recommend consuming a small amount of 100% freeze-dried products made from natural ingredients without added seasonings, rather than commercially available seasoned products. Since seasonings contain high levels of sugar and sodium that can stimulate appetite, chewing slowly and in small portions of additive-free products will be very helpful in satisfying your craving for texture.1694126.10.10
- 03CommentsIt’s not easy for me to check every single ingredient list when choosing things, so I tend to buy the ones I eat often. If I had to check everything while selecting, grocery shopping would be a hassle.2894226.10.14
