Is there a realistic and enjoyable way to manage my diet without getting bored?
I've been trying to follow a diet little by little lately, but I'm not really sticking to a set plan.
For example, one brown rice ball and one soy milk for dinner.
I've been doing it little by little and really enjoying it, so I want to do it properly. Are there any suitable diet plans?
