Many people do the 16:8 method when doing intermittent fasting, you know.
I am currently using 16:8, but would the effectiveness decrease if I switched from 16:8 to 5:2?
I heard that the 5:2 method involves eating normally on weekdays and reducing your intake to under 500 calories on weekends. Which one would be more effective?
I use 16:8, so I feel too bored in the evenings, and once I start snacking, I can't stop.
Has anyone tried the 5:2 intermittent fasting method?
