Lately, even after eating, I've been craving something else. I don't feel hungry, but I keep craving snacks and craving sweets or salty foods. I'm not sure if it's because I'm not eating enough or if it's just stress.
I'm wondering if it's because I've been lacking sleep or feeling tired lately, or if it's also related to blood sugar issues. Could it be due to hormonal changes?
I keep getting this feeling of wanting to eat more and more. I'd like to ask for advice from those with experience on how to control this.
