5 ways to maintain thin arms after arm liposuction ^^

Hello~

After undergoing liposuction on my arms, which had been a lifelong complex, I was extremely satisfied for a while. Then I mistakenly thought that since I had liposuction on my arms and the fat was gone, I would stay slim forever. ㅠㅠ.

Even after liposuction, you need to maintain consistent care to prevent the yo-yo effect. I write this because I hope you won't regret having relaxed like I did.

The consistent management methods needed after arm liposuction are well known and possible to practice by everyone, but they are also the things that are difficult to actually do. Even if you haven't had liposuction, these are good habits to incorporate into daily life, so let's do them together for our health~^^

I will write about the before and after effects of forearm liposuction and how to care for it.

First, let me tell you my story.

I decided to go all out and get liposuction on my arms, which had been a lifelong complex. I tend to have particularly thick arms.ㅠ It's embarrassing, but before the arm liposuction, my arms and back were that wide.

It may seem like there isn't much of a difference, but for me, the feeling was really significant. I wore compression garments very diligently, and I struggled because of BioBondㅠㅠ I also went for massages frequently, but... in the end, I lost weight and bravely wore sleeveless tops in the summer. Then, before I knew it, I gained weight again in the blink of an eye. Now, I'm back to this stateㅠ

Forearm liposuction is a highly satisfying procedure, and I was very pleased with the results, but I painfully realized that maintenance is absolutely necessary. I believe that consistency is the key to proper maintenance. I will list five methods I am currently using~^^

First, avoid carbohydrates.

I think carbohydrates are the hardest to cut and the ones you can't give up. In fact, during my yo-yo dieting, ramen, snacks, and bread were the main culprits. They are so delicious~ I keep craving them and habitually seek out sweet snacks. While refined carbohydrates are bad for all diseases, especially after procedures related to fat removal like liposuction, it's better to be more careful and cut them out. If you say, "I absolutely can't quit!!" then it would be better to set a limit on the frequency and amount and consume only a little.

Second, healthy eating habits.

After arm liposuction, I really worked hard for a while, buying various healthy ingredients. I diligently consumed a variety of fruits and vegetables, proteins, and supplements like vitamins and minerals.

In particular, I ate a lot of pumpkin because it helps with fat and swelling. Old pumpkin is good, but if it's hard to find, steaming a sweet pumpkin in the microwave and eating it simply is also good. It helps with dieting, and of course, it also helps maintain the arms well after liposuction.

Third, consistent exercise and stretching

Isn't this a very obvious exercise and stretching? I am really lazy, so it was very difficult for me to exercise regularly. My body isn't in great shape either, so after liposuction on my arms, I couldn't go anywhere to exercise, so I watched YouTube at home and downloaded workout apps and followed them diligently. I made sure to do it every evening, even just 15 to 30 minutes. My body definitely felt lighter, and even though it was just a short time, I felt a sense of accomplishment from doing it every day. During that time, my body line was the most beautiful, and the arms I had liposuctioned were the thinnest. Try to do at least 15 minutes once a day consistently. It really helps a lot.

Fourth, reduce stress.

They say that stress is the root of all illnesses, right? I used to exercise regularly every day, but then I had some work at home and couldn't exercise for about two months. Once my workout routine was broken, I started to get more and more stressed, which led to binge eating and late-night snacking... It became a mess. As a result, my body quickly fell apart, and of course, my body and the arms I had liposuctioned also became flabby again.ㅠ Stress really has a significant impact on the body.

Fifth, finding your own way

No matter how good ginseng is, if it doesn't suit you, it can be toxic. So, it's better to find a method that works for you and maintain it consistently. I tend to have low stamina, so if I do high-intensity exercise once, I end up bedridden for over a month.ㅠ That's why I exercise lightly at home for about 15 to 30 minutes every day. Some days I just do stretching, and other days I get out of breath. Additionally, to maintain a healthier mental state, I have also learned and practice meditation. When I breathe calmly, my mind becomes very clear and refreshed.

I was very satisfied with my arm liposuction, and I thought my arms would stay that way. However, maintenance is really... extremely important. I realized that it's not just about maintaining the results.

Gained weight again due to stress-induced binge eating and went through emotional struggles... I’ve refocused my mind and started managing my health again through exercise and diet. I wrote this in case it might be a little helpful to those who, like me, experience emotional distress after arm liposuction and face a yo-yo effect. I wish you all good health~^^
