This morning habit... The skin on your neck and hands wrinkles faster than others.
 

As we age, wrinkles naturally appear on the skin of our necks and hands. However, those with habits that accelerate skin aging may experience wrinkles sooner than others. If you want your skin to remain firm for a little longer, which habits should you start by changing?

 

If you haven't been applying cosmetics to your neck and hands, start doing so now.

 

The skin on the face and back of the hands is thinner than the skin on the face and has fewer sebaceous glands, so it dries out easily.

Applying moisturizer should be done with the same care as applying it to your face. After washing your hands, apply a generous amount of moisturizer to your fingernails, the back of your hands, and the top of your wrists. Stimulating blood circulation by pressing between your fingers also helps improve skin elasticity.

 

It is also good to apply the nourishing cream you apply to your face after washing your face to your neck.

 

To prevent neck wrinkles, apply the product in a light, upward motion, rather than from top to bottom. Sunscreen should also be used generously. UV rays destroy elastin and collagen, the skin's elastic fibers, accelerating skin aging.


If you have a habit of showering with hot water every morning, change it.

 

Washing your neck and hands with lukewarm water can slow down skin aging. Washing with hot water can further dry out the already dry skin on your neck and hands, which have fewer sebum glands, and can easily cause wrinkles. Be careful when wiping with a towel. Avoid rubbing the towel roughly on your skin, but press firmly to remove any moisture.

 

Your neck needs special attention, especially in the evening. If you've applied makeup to match your face, be sure to thoroughly cleanse your neck to remove all traces of makeup. Don't rub cleanser into your neck, but instead sweep it upwards from the bottom.

 

 

Maintaining good posture on a regular basis also helps.

 

Prolonged sitting with your neck bent inevitably leads to wrinkles in the folds of skin on your neck. When walking, avoid looking at the floor. Keep your back straight and your neck upright. Look up rather than down. Avoid using pillows that are too high when sleeping. Avoid lying down at an angle for long periods of time to watch TV or your phone. Improper posture can easily lead to wrinkles on your neck.
