I am the type who usually doesn't take supplements or health foods.
As time passes, I feel more and more tired, and since I stay indoors all the time, I haven't been able to get much sunlight.
So, I feel the need for nutritional supplements and health foods.
I'm curious about what supplements everyone is taking.
I'm curious whether you prepare only what is needed separately or if you take it with a multivitamin.
And if you have any products you are currently using, I would appreciate your recommendations.
