(Concern) Recommended easy-to-swallow Omega-3

I don't really understand why omega-3 pills are generally so big haha.

Every time I eat, I feel a sensation of something getting stuck in my throat, which is uncomfortable.

I need to take the medicine~~~~ㅠㅠ

I always feel like something is stuck in my throat after eating, so I tend not to eat well.

It seems that small Omega-3 pills are hard to find.

Is there an omega-3 that can be taken smoothly without any choking or fishy smell?
