I am also aging, and in a way, I inevitably have to face hair loss naturally, but I am making efforts to prevent hair loss by paying attention to it. When I reach menopause and wash my hair for no particular reason, I am so surprised to find clumps of hair falling out. Therefore, I am trying to manage my overall health to compensate for hormonal changes, avoiding the use of strong medications as much as possible, and I try not to wash my hair too often. I wash my hair every other day when I don't sweat. I also ensure I get enough nutrition, especially paying close attention to protein intake. And most importantly, managing stress, which is the root of all illnesses.
I'm trying my best like that.. there must be more.. haha
