(Concern) Hair loss?? ㅠㅠ

Lately, my hair has been thinning frequently from the crown of my head, and when I wash my hair, I can see a lot of hair falling out while rinsing, which makes me very upset. The floor mat is quite dark, so I can't see well, but when I vacuum, I find a lot of hair. I wonder if this is a sign of early hair loss.ㅜㅜ
