When I was young, my hair wasn't this thin, but at some point, while dieting,
I realized too late that I was losing my hair.
Even people I haven't seen in a long time ask me why my hair is thinning so much.
Are you stressed out? Every time I talk about it, I feel so upset and embarrassed.
These days, every time I look in the mirror, I can clearly see that my hair has gotten considerably thinner, which is stressful.
My hair has thinned out overall and I've lost a lot of hair in some areas, so my scalp is showing through.
Not only that, but my hair has gotten thinner overall, so I have to wrap the rubber band around my hair a lot when tying it up...
Even when I comb my hair, it breaks off because it's thinner.
Female hair loss is different from male hair loss due to stress and an imbalance in the effects of diet.
I know that if I just correct my bad lifestyle and eating habits, I will grow healthy hair again.

So, I recently bought and am taking biotin and brewer's yeast.
I also eat two handfuls of roasted black beans a day to keep my hair healthy.
And when I shampoo and dry my hair with a hair dryer, I dry it with cold air.
I'm drying it by drying it all the way down to the scalp.
These days, I'm even eating chicken breast ㅠㅠ
I'm wondering if I haven't been getting the recommended daily amount of protein, so I've been calculating my protein intake and eating it...
Still, I'm worried because the new hair that grows back is thin.
