It's a dilemma between dieting and hair loss...ㅠㅠ

I originally had a lot of hair. Everyone in my family has a lot of hair.

However, a few years ago, I experienced a lot of work-related stress, which caused gray hair to appear.

Because of gray hair, I repeat root coloring once a month, and my hair is getting thinner and my scalp is also deteriorating.

My hair volume has almost halved. ㅠㅠ

I can't skip dyeing my hair because of work, and I can't diet strictly because of hair loss.

My friend recently lost nearly 20kg through diet and exercise, but along with losing weight, she also lost all her hair.

I'm worried that losing weight through diet management might cause hair loss.

But I can't avoid losing weight...ㅠㅠ

How are you managing this dilemma?

    살빠지면 모발도 빠져요 살뺄때 단탄지 잘 챙겨 먹으면서 빼셔야해요 저두 염색 자주 했더니 모발이 많이 줄었어요ㅠ

    탈모할때 다이어트하기가 참 신경쓰이기는 하는데...
    너무 굶는 다이어트 말고 설탕이랑 정제탄수화물 끊으면서 하는 다이어트는 괜찮지 않을가 싶어요.

    다이어트와 탈모는 연관이 있는것 같아요..
    너무 길게 허지 마시고 다이어트를 짧게 짧게 하심 그나마 낫지 않을까요?
