I originally had a lot of hair. Everyone in my family has a lot of hair.
However, a few years ago, I experienced a lot of work-related stress, which caused gray hair to appear.
Because of gray hair, I repeat root coloring once a month, and my hair is getting thinner and my scalp is also deteriorating.
My hair volume has almost halved. ㅠㅠ
I can't skip dyeing my hair because of work, and I can't diet strictly because of hair loss.
My friend recently lost nearly 20kg through diet and exercise, but along with losing weight, she also lost all her hair.
I'm worried that losing weight through diet management might cause hair loss.
But I can't avoid losing weight...ㅠㅠ
How are you managing this dilemma?
