Pain in the shoulder, neck, and back

I've had shoulder pain since I was a student, and I've received acupuncture and cupping therapy for it.

Maybe because I don't have a herniated disc but have a turtle neck and poor posture.

I'm constantly in pain due to chronic issues, which is causing inconvenience in my daily life, and this is troubling me.

Visiting the Korean medicine clinic intermittently helps a bit, but every three days or weekly.

I feel reluctant to go... and after visiting the hospital, I get exhausted, and the day just slips awayㅠㅠ

I'm worried because it's not getting better, but rather worse and spreading to more areasㅠㅠ
