Eye supplements or exercise

I have undergone laser treatment because my retina was thinned. It was to prevent retinal detachment.

Floaters improved somewhat after the procedure, but recently I have been experiencing floaters again.

I realized that I fundamentally need to improve my eye health.

I am taking lutein; if there are other eye supplements or eye exercises, please share them with me.
