It's not about just blindly doing it, but like when you do regular exercise.
Move to the end in all directions, stay for about one, two, three, four seconds, then change direction again.
Turned to the right, then turned back to the left.
It involves rotating one or two turns to stretch the eye muscles in various directions.
After stretching, my personal tip is to close my eyes and take a moment to rest.
Because just stretching like this feels insufficient.
I look up at the top of the distant apartment building or briefly at the top of a tree.
Usually, my gaze stays only on nearby places.
Sometimes, focusing on distant objects is also good for eye health.
I am doing all of this while walking 10,000 steps.
Walking along the wide park path, there's no worry about bumping into anything.
Because it is also appropriate to look into the distance.
By taking lutein supplements like this and walking 10,000 steps every day while doing eye stretches,
My dry eyes felt refreshed, and it seemed like the progression of presbyopia was slowing down a bit.
It's so easy and common knowledge that anyone knows it, right?
