Does traditional Korean medicine diet have any effects?

I tried it once after having a baby, but I didn't see any effect.

I also received acupuncture while taking herbal medicine.

Since other painful areas responded well to acupuncture, I also took herbal medicine for dieting from that area. However, I didn't see any effect.

So I haven't thought about it since then, but since diet pills have many side effects, I wonder if herbal medicine might be safer or have fewer side effects. Has anyone taken it and seen results?
