I don't really understand what traditional Korean medicine dieting is basically. A family member asked me to look into it, so I'm leaving this message.
Can we think of it as a diet supplement made with herbal ingredients, similar to how we take traditional medicine?
Or is there something else, like combining herbal medicine with moxibustion or other methods, considered traditional Korean medicine dieting?
I'm curious. Is it enough to just take medication, or should I also use acupuncture or moxibustion together?
I'm curious about how much I should eat, the duration of the procedure, and the treatment period. Also, roughly, what is the cost?
Is it just something I need to think about? I'm also curious if there are any precautions or things to watch out for.
