It is really hard to get enough protein while using Wigobi. Can you recommend a protein product without artificial sweeteners?

I wanted to ask because I think there are probably many people who are struggling with this as I am.

 

I am trying to meet my protein intake, but lately my aversion to meat has grown so strong. Just thinking about it makes me feel nauseous.

 

On top of that, I am particularly sensitive to artificial sweeteners.

 

Most protein shakes on the market contain artificial sweeteners, so the taste lingers and often causes stomach discomfort.

 

Are there any other practical ways to get enough protein without artificial sweeteners?


I am curious about the specific methods used by those who focus on natural foods or those who consume probiotic protein products.

 

 

Are you actually using any protein products that contain no or minimized artificial sweeteners?

It would be really helpful if you could actually introduce the product.

    가든오브라이프 제품은 유기농이라서 첨가물 적게 들어가있어서 괜찮더라구요 ~~!!

    연두부, 리코타 치즈, 익힌 닭가슴살, 삶은 달걀봉 등은 인공감미료 없이 단백질을 놓지 않고 체우기 좋은 선택지에요. 먹기 싶지 않은 날에는 처음부터 쉌이크를 먹기보다 이렇게 구워 먹는 것으로 대체하니 훨씬 낫더라고요.
