I usually exercise and manage my diet.
There are so many diet supplements on the market that I thought I might give them a try.
If you just search on Naver, tons of results come up, and there is a wide variety of types.
There were also a lot of product recommendations.
But I was curious if the supplement would actually be effective.
Actually, the same goes for supplements; I don't take them with 100% effectiveness, but...
Still, I was curious to see if the supplement was doing its job properly.
Exercising or following a diet while eating would definitely help with weight loss, right?
