For those of you currently taking Wigobi, I'm curious about the effects.
It's been a month since I started WeGobi, and I've already lost about 4.5kg, so I feel great!
However, I’ve had a concern lately, so I wanted to ask you honestly.
Actually, I have been struggling with dieting since I was a teenager.
Since my mid-20s, I have consciously tried to break away from 'strictly sticking to a diet.'
I wanted to live a life where I try to eat healthily, eat with friends whenever I want, and enjoy the food I like.
However, after being prescribed Wigobi, the doctor recommended a diet of at least 100g of protein, up to 90g of carbohydrates, and 1,500kcal per day.
I know that's right for your health.
But honestly, eating isn't fun anymore these days.
No matter what I eat, my first thought is, "Is it okay to eat this?" and the dishes and dining out that I used to enjoy have become a source of stress.
To those of you taking Wigobi, are you all sticking to your diet well?
It's good that Wigobi helps with weight loss, but it's not easy...
