Dr. Evers Guro Branch

Visit for the first Botox procedure, and a consultation planner, not a doctor, designates the product.

When I said I was visiting for forehead, glabella, and chin Botox treatment, they told me that if I did the forehead and glabella, 2 Botox injections would remain (they arbitrarily designated a set of 4), and showed me the square jaw product and informed me of the price.

Other products were recommended, but the procedure was performed after deciding to proceed only with the treatment intended for the day.

During the jaw procedure, the injection was given near the molars instead of the jaw. I was suspicious of the product, but since it was my first time, I didn't know if it was correct.

After consulting with acquaintances and searching the internet, I determined that I was not planning on a square jaw reduction procedure. I contacted the clinic around 4:30 PM the next day and was informed that I was seeking a pebble jaw reduction procedure, not a square jaw reduction. They said they would contact me on Monday as business hours had ended, but since I did not receive a call, I contacted them again around 6 PM.

The planner who provided consultation via a regular mobile phone around 8 PM claimed that it was not their fault, that other people came already aware of the products, so they did not introduce them, and that there was no problem with the procedure because they had shown the price list for square jaw surgery.

This is a request for compensation regarding the procedure performed without detailed product information, such as the price per Botox injection, and for unnecessary excessive treatment.

Is there anything else I can do besides completing the consumer complaint filing?
