It rained in my neighborhood this morning, but now it's clear...^^
Now I break a sweat even with just a little exercise during the day...
I'm challenging myself to reach 10,000 steps again today while doing some stair exercises~~~
I plan to walk a bit more after dinner to reach 10,000 steps... haha
