It has been a month since I started Wigobi, and my food intake has naturally decreased.
I started WeGobi for the first time in early August :)
I wasn't originally the type to eat a lot, but
I used to have a habit of always grabbing something to eat after work.
Especially since I keep thinking about snacks or bread even after dinner
I had just been watching my weight gradually increase for several years.
I've tried exercising and dieting, but
I did well at first, but the cycle of eventually falling apart because of late-night snacks repeated itself.
So this time, I decided not to just endure it alone but to get counseling at the hospital, so I went.
After the consultation, I started with Wigobi 0.25mg.
I have used it for a total of about 4 weeks so far.
Based on the hospital I visited, the cost was around the mid-300,000 won range per month.
I really didn't feel anything special during the first week.
I even wondered, 'Does it not work for me?'
However, things started changing little by little around the second week.
In the past, after dinner, I felt like I had to eat something more to finish the day.
At some point, I started just stopping my meal when I was full.
I found this more fascinating than I expected, haha.
Rather than the feeling of forcing yourself to hold back
I just felt like my interest in food itself had decreased a little.
I lost about 2.5 kg in weight over the past month.
It hasn't dropped a lot, but
I actually prefer taking things slowly without pushing myself too hard.
As for side effects, I felt slightly nauseous during the first week.
On days when I ate a lot as usual, I felt bloated, as if my stomach were completely full.
So from then on, I ate small portions at a time.
I am also deliberately avoiding greasy food.
There were days when I felt a bit under the weather on the day I got the injection, but
Most of the time, I was fine by the next day.
The recovery was not severe enough to interfere with daily life.
I have only used 0.25mg for one month so far.
I plan to decide whether to increase the dosage right now at the next appointment.
I like the number on the scale, but...
Most of all, I am most satisfied that my habit of looking for snacks every night has decreased.
Of course, I think it is too early to say whether it is good or bad based on just one month of experience.
How the amount of food will change in the future
I plan to monitor it a little longer to see if there are any side effects.
To be honest, I was skeptical when I first started.
Now that a month has passed, I think it was a good decision to get counseling. :)
