I was so greedy about exercising that I really strained the muscles in the back of my shoulder. I thought it was just soreness that day, but when I woke up the next day, it was so uncomfortable that I went straight to the hospital and received physical therapy. After checking my condition, I received electrical therapy and physical therapy to reduce inflammation. When I put a cold pack on it, the throbbing heat felt a little better. And I did some light stretching, and honestly, it hurt when I pressed on the stiff area. But as I endured it, I felt it loosening up little by little. The therapist told me to be realistic about when I could start exercising again because if I overdo it, it can easily relapse, so I'm going to be careful when exercising. I think overdoing anything is bad.
