관계'만'많이 하면 안되고 관계를 할때 서로를 충족시켜준다면 행복해지겠지요 ^^ 서로가 원하는 욕구를 서로 채워주는데 행복하지 않을 수가 있을까요
Does having more relationships make you happier? (Research)
A bed filled with love is an effective way to enhance feelings of happiness. In fact, after sexual intercourse, happiness hormones such as dopamine and oxytocin are released in large quantities, reducing stress levels. So, does having more sexual activity make you happier? Based on a study by a research team from the University of Toronto in Canada, the sex-focused online newspaper Soksak.com reported on the relationship between sexual activity and happiness.
Dr. Amy Muise, a professor of social psychology at this university, analyzed three survey datasets to investigate the correlation between the frequency of sexual activity and happiness. The analysis was conducted on a total of 36,450 Americans using three sources—one from the University of Chicago in the United States and two from online and offline surveys.
The survey results showed that as the frequency of sexual activity increased, happiness levels also rose. Satisfaction also increased simultaneously. However, happiness did not increase further when the frequency exceeded once a week. Among stable heterosexual couples, the most common frequency was once a week. The lower the frequency of intimacy, the lower the happiness levels among partners or spouses.
Dr. Amy Muizes, who led the survey, stated, "Couples who have regular sexual activity are happy," and added, "Having sex once a week is a good way to enhance overall happiness." The survey results were published in the latest issue of the Journal of Social Psychology and Human Science.
