Is manual dexterity very important with Sculptra?

Lately, it feels like my volume has dropped again, so I'm seriously considering Sculptra, but there's one thing I'm worried about!!
I often see reviews about side effects like nodules or clumping with Sculptra, so it seems like the doctor's manual dexterity and know-how are incredibly important for this procedure.
However, since the prices are quite steep, if I do some research, I spot pretty many hospitals offering events or discounts. I'm really worried about whether I can still receive proper treatment safely even if I visit one of these clinics.
If anyone happened to receive treatment at a discounted event price, please let me know how it was and what you considered most important when choosing a hospital!
