I'm eating it because I'm afraid I'll forget Omega

I take it in the evening, but lately I keep forgetting to take my supplements.

I only take care of the kids, haha. So when I eat together for the first time in a while, I make sure to have them all sweet and eat them together.

Now that it's December, I feel like I need to take better care of my health.
