About ten years ago, after cancer surgery, due to a decline in immunity

It seems I have had no choice but to live a lethargic life all this time.

Let's start by walking with the resolve that at least in old age, I won't become a burden to my children.

I was introduced to Cashwalk & CashDoc by a friend.

Breaking the habit of barely walking 1,300 steps a day and eating snacks anytime.

As I practice walking 10,000 steps a day

Starting from 4,000 steps... gradually increasing to 7,000 steps, I walk more and more, build muscle in my legs, and gain confidence.

From now on, I will walk more than ten thousand steps daily and manage my diet with vegetarian options and high-quality proteins to lead a healthier life.
