It feels like my teeth keep chipping. Should I get them checked out?

Lately, strangely enough, I get self-conscious about my teeth whenever I eat something hard.

It wasn't actually broken that badly.
When chewing towards the molars, there is a slight catching sensation.

At first I thought it was because of the food, but
It's still the same after a few days, so I'm wondering if I should go to the dentist.

It doesn't look particularly strange from the outside.

Is it possible to check if it is cracked even in this case?
I'm also wondering if it can be found immediately with tests like X-rays.

I'm worried that once a dental problem arises, the treatment will become extensive.
It also makes me think I shouldn't put it off for no reason.

If anyone has been tested for similar symptoms, please share your experience.
