Dental care

I went for a dental check-up recently.

I was told that the crack in my old gold filling has completely worn off.

He said that teeth filled with gold or treated for cavities are bound to weaken...

They told me not to clench my teeth, to take good care of myself in my daily life, and to come in for a check-up every six months.

I try to take good care of my teeth, but seeing this happen... it really drains my energy a bit.
